No — while we're based in Middle Tennessee, we serve small businesses remotely across the country. Everything is handled digitally through QuickBooks Online and secure document sharing. Most clients never need an in-person meeting.
We work primarily in QuickBooks Online. If you're not already on QBO, we'll help you get set up as part of onboarding. We also use Dext for receipt capture and secure file sharing for document exchange.
